Placing of Orders

TERMS OF SALE

  1. By placing an order via the Website you are offering to purchase a product (“Product”) on and subject to these Terms of Use and any applicable ODIS Appliances Terms and Conditions of Trade as amended from time to time.
    1. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of acceptance by ODIS Appliances.
    1. Dispatch or shipping times and costs may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times and costs are subject to any delays resulting from postal or delivery delays or force majeure for which ODIS Appliances will not be responsible. Please refer to the Returns Policy below for further information.
    1. You agree not to use the Product for reproduction or resale without prior consent.
    1. We may impose purchasing limits from time to time and reserve the right to cancel any orders that we have identified or suspect are in breach of these Terms of Use.

OUR CONTRACT

  1. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt and acknowledgement of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. A contract between us for your order will be formed when we accept your order. Your order is accepted when it has been shipped by us. We will ship your order upon receipt of payment from you. If we do not accept your order and we have already accepted payment from you, your payment will be fully refunded. You will receive confirmation from us when we have shipped your order.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

  1. Whilst we try and ensure all details, descriptions and prices and availability are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error regarding your order we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option or reconfirming your order with the correction or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat your order as cancelled. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the Product, you will receive a full refund.
    1. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery and/or shipping costs are additional and will be advised at the time of order placement (refer 1.3 above).

PAYMENT

  1. Upon receiving your order we may carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card or account to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Product may not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed.
