Returns Policy

FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

1.1. You should check your Product immediately upon delivery to ensure that:

(i) it is what you ordered; and

(ii) it is not damaged or faulty.

In case of (i) or (ii), you should contact ODIS Appliances within five (5) working days or delivery.  

HOW TO RETURN  

1.2. ODIS Appliances does not take title in returned Product until it arrives at its head office and is accepted as complying with these Terms and always at our absolute discretion.

When returning Product:

(a) please provide ODIS Appliances with your proof of purchase;

(b) it is a requirement for the fulfilment of refunds, exchanges and warranties that you return Product in its original seal packaging. Returned Product which has been opened will not be accepted by ODIS Appliances;

(c) you must also return any Bonus Offers included with the original purchase, if applicable; and

(d) all returns must be accepted in writing by ODIS Appliances at our discretion and pre-booked for return at your own cost.

RETURNS WHICH WILL BE ACCEPTED

1.3. If the Product is faulty or damaged on arrival, please speak to our office first for a return authorisation at our discretion. If you are returning authorised Product in accordance with our policies, we will not refund any delivery or shipping fees and, if you cannot return the Product to our warehouse, you must pay for us to pick up the Product. If Product is unused but has been unpacked, we will not accept return of the Product.

1.4. You may not be entitled to any refund or exchange just because any packaging is damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to return the Product in the same condition it was delivered. The packaging exists to protect the Product.
